The Tintagel electrically operated lift and recline chair is available with single or dual motor and comes in three sizes: Standard, Petite or Grande.
This chair features a more contemporary-style 3 pillow waterfall back with wings and fully adjustable fibre filled back cushions to enable the user to create a more personalised seating position.

2-way single motor action handles up to18 stone. The dual motor action handles up to 20 stone

The dual motor Tintagel will recline to the horizontal position with the footrest working independently to the back rest, providing the user a multi-positional chair at the touch of a 4 button locking key hand control. In addition it also provides a valuable aid for standing from a sitting position with one of the highest tilt facilities available.

Dual Motor 4 Button Locking Key Handset

The Tintagel in Dual Motor form with the additions of a fixed folding table and polished wooden arms (natural finish), fixed locking castors and battery back-up unit has been widely used by NHS Trusts as a recovery chair bed.
