The Admiral Lateral back style design provides a lower lateral vertical support, combined with a top head support cushion (the same top cushion as the Royal). This is to assist anybody with reduced upper lateral body movement to remain upright. Combined with the correct mechanism it is an ideal option for anyone disabled, as well as a host of other “chronic” medical conditions.
