Road use scooters are classified as class 3 scooters. Features include full suspension, increased weight capacity and can be used on roads.

Road use scooters have larger batteries and motors – giving you increased range and power!

They can be switched to a maximum of 4 mph for pavement or indoor use.

Class 3 vehicle users do not require a driving license but should obey the highway code at all times.

You are required to register with the DVLA . Our Mobility Advisers will be pleased to complete the necessary paperwork for you.

Insurance is not legally required, at present but strongly recommended.

All Road use scooters must be fitted with front and rear lights, indicators, horn, mirrors and reflectors.
